This advanced filter is a combination of 3-stage filtration into one unit.
Stage 1: begins with a layer of sediment filtration, which minimizes the flow of turbid material larger than 5 microns, such as suspended solids, rust, dust ,dirt and debris.
Stage 2: Consequently, the water passes through a carbon block layer with remarkable surface area capacity and exceptional absorption potential. This stage achieves a 99.99% removal rate of a wide range of chemicals, including chlorine, benzene, trihalomethane compounds, volatile organic chemicals (including pesticides and herbicides), radon, solvents, and a greater number of other synthetic compounds often found in tap water. When the water passes through here, materials causing bad taste and odors are removed.
Stage 3: The filter media contains fine Mg particles and allows certain ions to pass through while blocking others. This process results in the production of mildly higher pH levels and reduced acidity, which gives water antioxidant properties."

3. Is instillation included in the price stated?
No, we don’t believe adding any extra expenses for installation or maintenance plans are necessary. Our products are very easy to install and extremely easy to maintain. Ours products are designed for do-it yourself instillation. But don’t worry, we do offer lifetime technical support. One of our product technicians can remotely walk you through the simple steps of installation step by step. All our products are backed with clear instillation manuals. Also, once you have placed your order and upon your request, we can share instructional videos guide to help with the initial instalment process. If you still think you need help, one of the members of our team can put you in touch with a third-party technician near your adress to help with instillation.
4. What do we need to prepare for installation?
An inlet water point & electrical point is required for installation. V-series do not require water outlet as it does not waste water when dispensing water.
5. Does it need to be near the water point?
No, the V-series doesn’t have to be near your water point, it can be connected via various water points in your home (under kitchen sink water point, washing machine water point, stand alone water point). Most importantly, a power point must be at least 1.2m from where V-series is installed.
6. If drilling of the counter-top is required for installation, what type of material can be drilled?
All types of counter-top material except glass.
