This advanced filter is a combination of 3-stage filtration into one unit.
Stage 1: begins with a layer of sediment filtration, which minimizes the flow of turbid material larger than 5 microns, such as suspended solids, rust, dust ,dirt and debris.
Stage 2: Consequently, the water passes through a carbon block layer with remarkable surface area capacity and exceptional absorption potential. This stage achieves a 99.99% removal rate of a wide range of chemicals, including chlorine, benzene, trihalomethane compounds, volatile organic chemicals (including pesticides and herbicides), radon, solvents, and a greater number of other synthetic compounds often found in tap water. When the water passes through here, materials causing bad taste and odors are removed.
Stage 3: The filter media contains fine Mg particles and allows certain ions to pass through while blocking others. This process results in the production of mildly higher pH levels and reduced acidity, which gives water antioxidant properties."

3. Is instillation included in the price stated?
Installation or maintenance plans are not necessary because our products are easy to install and extremely easy to maintain. Our products are designed for do-it yourself instillation. We do not provide installation services; however, we offer lifetime support services free-of-charge. In cases where the customer still wishes to opt for installation services, our team can refer to third-party installation service providers nationwide (cost borne by customer).
Our team of experts are available for support to help walk customers through the step-by-step installation and maintenance processes. Upon placing orders, instructional video guides for the initial installation process are available to all customers, upon request. 4. What do we need to prepare for installation?
An inlet water point & electrical point is required for installation. QUINT requires an outlet for its self-cleaning function.
5. Does it need to be near the water point?
No, this product doesn’t have to be near your water point, it can be connected via various water points in your home (under kitchen sink water point, washing machine water point, stand alone water point). Most importantly, a power point must be at least 1.2m from where QUINT is installed.
6. If drilling of the counter-top is required for installation, what type of material can be drilled?
All types of counter-top material except glass
