The Alpha Dispenser is a high-end water dispensing system designed for home or office use. Connecting the Alpha Water Dispenser with the Mono Sink Purifier brings the best of both worlds: superior water filtration and a highly efficient water dispensing system. It ensures cleaner, better-tasting water, and offers a cost-effective, low-maintenance solution for home or office use.
Removes contaminants of size more than 5 microns, such as suspended solid, rust ,dust ,rust and debris. This first stage of filtration minimises flow caused by turbid material larger than 5 microns preparing your water for the second stage of filtration.
This filtration stage is composed of coconut-based and acid-rinsed raw materials that were compressed at high temperatures. With its remarkable surface area capacity, it exhibits exceptional absorption potential. This stage achieves a 99.99% removal rate of a wide range of chemicals, including chlorine, benzene, trihalomethane compounds, volatile organic chemicals (including pesticides and herbicides), radon, solvents, and a greater number of other synthetic compounds often found in tap water. When water passes through this stage, materials causing bad taste and odours are removed.
This is where the magic happens! Unlike conventional Ultrafiltration filters, this filter operates innovative Nanotechnology with Cellulose Nanofiber technology. Its unique structure combines small overall pore size with a large pore area, producing extremely fast kinetics for adsorption This gives it an unparalleled, non-powered filtration capability and while NanoFACT® PLUS can remove the same impurities as ultrafiltration, such as bacteria, pharmaceutical residue, heavy metals, PFAS and microplastics, it can also remove components that are up to 10 times smaller, such as finer harmful substances including organic matter, most viruses (including Noroviruses), while retaining healthy minerals. It has a 99.999% reduction rate of pathogenic bacteria, and a 99.99 reduction rate of water-borne viruses.
It acts as a polisher, further improving the taste and quality of purified water. The Alkaline Filter is usually used in the last stage of water purification. This filter media contains fine Mg particles which allow certain ions to pass through while blocking others. This process results in the production of mildly alkaline water with reduced acidity and gives water antioxidant properties. It also further removes traces of residual chlorine and organic chemicals, giving you colourless and odourless, cleaner, crisper pure drinking water.

3. Is instillation included in the price stated?
No, we don’t believe adding any extra expenses for installation or maintenance plans are necessary. Our products are very easy to install and extremely easy to maintain. Ours products are designed for do-it yourself instillation. But don’t worry, we do offer lifetime technical support. One of our product technicians can remotely walk you through the simple steps of installation step by step. All our products are backed with clear instillation manuals. Also, once you have placed your order and upon your request, we can share instructional videos guide to help with the initial instalment process. If you still think you need help, one of the members of our team can put you in touch with a third-party technician near your adress to help with instillation.
4. What do we need to prepare for installation?
Mono-sink- Only a water inlet is required as it doesn’t require any power to operate. The purified water coming from the Mon Sink water purifier , can supply water directly to both the Alpha Dispenser , and/or to a Tap, by using an optional 1/4″ T” connector push fit(included in the bundle).
5. Does it need to be near the water point?
MONO SINK is usually installed right beside or under your sink. The Alpha Dispenser does not need to be near the Mono sink purifier. It can be supplied with purified water coming from Mono Sink Purifier using 1/4″ water pipes which are included in the box.
6. Do you provide site assessment / product demonstration at home?
