Return Policy

We will, at our discretion, accept returns of products within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order and:

  • If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Provided that the product is still in its original packaging, condition and accompanied by the relevant original invoice and any items or accessories delivered with the product being returned.

*We will accepts returns of product purchased through Klarna within 14 days. Klarna will process refunds within 14 days after you register a return or cancel an order. A customer’s refund is processed differently depending on which payment method they chose when making the purchase, but in general it takes between 2-5 business days for Klarna the process a refund and the return policy aligns with that of Klarna’a return policy:

  • Direct payment: the amount will be refunded to the account which was used at the time of the purchase.
  • Invoice: if the customer has paid through the Klarna app or through klarna.com, Klarna will refund the amount once the invoice has been refunded.
  • Part payment: the amount will be deducted from the customers total debt for the Klarna purchase or Klarna will contact the customer for bank details.
Return Policy Conditions:
Upon returning any products, customers must return the products back to us in an undamaged and unused condition at the customer’s own cost and risk. The shipping charges in such cases are to be borne by the customer. The item must be in its original packaging with all original accessories.

The products should be returned in their original condition and packaging as well as accompanied by the invoice. If you find products in your order damaged, wrong or dysfunctional, please contact us directly by email at [email protected]. To return the product, you must contact us first. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Return Liability:
Customers are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling by the customer other than what is necessary to establish the functioning of the products. 
Upon meeting the conditions of the Return Policy, we shall reimburse you for the cost of the products within 2 weeks from the day on which we have received the products back, using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.
Refund Process:
The refund will be initiated once your product is received back at our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund may take up to 2 weeks to process depending on the method of payment and the bank.
We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the products returned if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example: using or wearing the product prior to return).
Exchanges (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same or different product, please contact us at [email protected]. 
Warranties
Products purchased are guaranteed by the manufacturer, pursuant to the warranty conditions listed in the original product documentation.
Please consult your product documentation for detailed information on the manufacturer’s warranty, which is without prejudice to any of your imperative statutory legal rights.
Packing instructions
The products should be securely packaged in their original condition and packaging. Please attach the invoice with the box. Use the shipping address provided in the instructions you receive from us.
Cancelling an order
You have up to 24 hours before the item(s) have been processed for delivery to cancel your order.
In case your order has already been processed for delivery, kindly follow the return policies stated above that corresponds to your reason for return.
Lost shipments

If your shipment is delayed 3 working days past expected delivery, please contact our customer service via email at [email protected].

If we cannot track your shipment within 5 working days and it has been declared “lost”, you will be entitled to a full refund, or we will send a replacement if you choose so.
