2. Does this product purify water?
No, this dispenser doesn’t have water filters installed inside. However, this product could be connected to any source of filtered water. We recommend checking our bundles including MONOSINK Filters.
3. Is instillation included in the price stated?
No, we don’t believe adding any extra expenses for installation or maintenance plans are necessary. Our products are very easy to install and extremely easy to maintain. Ours products are designed for do-it yourself instillation. But don’t worry, we do offer lifetime technical support. One of our product technicians can remotely walk you through the simple steps of installation step by step. All our products are backed with clear instillation manuals. Also, once you have placed your order and upon your request, we can share instructional videos guide to help with the initial instalment process. If you still think you need help, one of the members of our team can put you in touch with a third-party technician near your adress to help with instillation.
4. What do we need to prepare for installation?
An inlet water point & electrical point is required for installation.
5. Does it need to be near the water point?
No, it doesn’t have to be near your water point, it can be connected via various water points in your home (under kitchen sink water point, washing machine water point, standalone water point). Most importantly, a power point must be at least 1.2m from where the device is installed.
If drilling of the counter-top is required for installation, what type of material can be drilled?
All types of counter-top material except glass.
