1. Is delivery inclusive of the price stated?
Yes, shipping is free for deliveries to UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
2. Do you have alkaline & non-alkaline options?
Yes, we do have both options. Do indicate during checkout which option you prefer.
3. Is instillation included in the price stated?

Installation or maintenance plans are not necessary because our products are easy to install and extremely easy to maintain. Our products are designed for do-it yourself instillation. We do not provide installation services; however, we offer lifetime support services free-of-charge. In cases where the customer still wishes to opt for installation services, our team can refer third-party installation service providers nationwide (cost borne by customer). 

Our team of experts are available for support to help walk customers through the step-by-step installation and maintenance processes. Upon placing orders, instructional video guides for the initial installation process are available to all customers, upon request. For further assistance or issues, customers can get in touch with our customer service team.

4. Do you have a physical store in my country?
Not yet. Our customers can only shop online at the moment.
5. How do I pay while placing an online order?
We accept most credit and debit cards as well as additional payment methods depending on your location, like bank transfers, prepaid cards or even localized payment methods.
6. Can I change the delivery address for an order that I placed?
Yes, you can contact us to change the delivery address even after you have placed your order. In case the order is already dispatched, it might be beyond our control to change the delivery address. Our team will still try their best to work with our courier partners to accommodate your request.
